Overall Responsibility

units, leased units, and offices.
Duties
Custodial services include sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash
collection and disposal, cleaning of ash receptacles, and
trash cans, stripping and application of floor finishes
by hand or mechanical means, window washing and general
cleaning, changing linens and all aspects of hotel housekeeping.
Process and register guests/residents in and out of hotel
and leased housing units. Duties also include vehicle operation
due to the requirement to transport personnel and equipment

Install, service and maintain hot water
boiler systems and perform a variety of maintenance, repair,
and minor construction
tasks, including but not limited to: sheet rock repair
and painting; door, window and hardware repair and replacement;
tile and carpet replacement; plumbing maintenance and repair
for water, sanitary drains, and heating lines; appliance
maintenance repair and replacement; electrical maintenance
and repair; garage door maintenance and repair; sheetmetal
repair and replacement, grounds maintenance and snow removal.
Identify and order replacement parts and materials. Perform
Quality Control inspections within functional area and
