SPECIAL HONORS SCHOLARSHIPS
Honoring Aleuts who excelled in their professions, The Aleut Foundation funds these special scholarships in their name.
To be eligible for the Special Honors Scholarships, students must be an original Aleut Corporation shareholder or a descendant of an original shareholder, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, attend school full time, and have completed their first year of college. Special Honors Scholarship awards are selected annually by The Aleut Foundation Board of Directors.
ALICE PETRIVELLI BUSINESS LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP
Students majoring in Business Leadership.
Students in this category must be an Aleut Corporation shareholder or descendant and have at least a 3.0 grade point average. Applicants must be a second-year full-time student majoring in business who displays leadership qualities and is involved in improving their community. This award will pertain to two-year/vocational four-year degrees, graduate and PhD degrees. Students in this category cannot have received a TAF probationary mark within the last two years of school. This award is awarded only to students starting in the fall.
ANDREW GRONHOLDT ARTS SCHOLARSHIP
Students majoring in Art.
Students in this category must be an Aleut Corporation shareholder or descendant and have at least a 3.0 grade point average. Applicants must be a second-year full-time student majoring in the art field. This award will pertain to two-year/vocational four-year degrees, graduate and PhD degrees. Students in this category cannot have received a TAF probationary mark within the last two years of school. This award is awarded only to students starting in the fall.
ELARY GROMOFF, JR. MILITARY VETERAN SCHOLARSHIP
Students who served or currently serving in the Military.
Students in this category must be an Aleut Corporation shareholder or descendant and have at least a 3.0 grade point average. Applicants must be a second-year full-time student and have or is currently served in the military. This award will pertain to two-year/vocational four-year degrees, graduate and PhD degrees. Students in this category cannot have received a TAF probationary mark within the last two years of school. This award is awarded only to students starting in the fall.
GABE STEPETIN BUSINESS SCHOLARSHIP
Students majoring in Business.
Students in this category must be an Aleut Corporation shareholder or descendant and have at least a 3.0 grade point average. LILLIE HOPE-MCGARVEY HEALTH SCHOLARSHIP
Students majoring in Healthcare.
Students in this category must be an Aleut Corporation shareholder or descendant and have at least a 3.0 grade point average. Applicants must be a second-year full-time student majoring in the health field. This award will pertain to two-year/vocational four-year degrees, graduate and PhD degrees. Students in this category cannot have received a TAF probationary mark within the last two years of school. This award is awarded only to students starting in the fall.
